What ever  I  see  and feel  is nothing  but  a dream within  a dream.

If  LORD  resides in me  LORD   will  show me the  beauty  in  everything  and  everyone .

I  will  feel  more   beautiful  and  all   I will   say.

Humans  are  born  with  no  ego boundaries.

Self  and  the universe  is the  same.

Baby  is dependent  on others  and  realize that self  and universe is  not the same.

Baby  build    the   ego boundaries    and  age  2 ,  act like  a  tyrant.

That  does not  work  and  come to term  with   others  and  become  adult

with having  self  made boundaries.

It  is lonely  in those  boundaries  and  look   for oneness  usually  with the

opposite  sex,   and  feel  they  are  one ,  two bodies  one heart.

This  is  usually  short  lived

Feeling love  is not love, feeling  love  means need  for  the object.

True  love  is  pure  and clean,  has  no boundaries  and   is  need free.

Some   people  mature  and  realize that    it   need  lot  of  effort   to free  themselves.

But  after  that suffering   come  the  joy  of  freedom.

Freedom  from the  self    , not for the self.

Mature  person   is  a baby  with  no boundaries  but  with strength  and

wisdom  to  learn   and  love everything  and everyone  and  live  heavenly life.

PS: Capacity   to   suffer  determine  the  degree  of  freedom , decisiveness

in their judgment    and  ability to   serve  the  creation.

Addendum: Suffering   and  joy  the two side  of  the same  coin , no one

can have  one without the other.

Life  is  a boor camp

Each  human     usually     are  one of  three  states, one  or three states, or  two of  three  states,

1)  State    of  unawareness

2)  State  of  false awareness

3)  State  of  true  awareness   enlightened   state.

When I reflect    I realize  that God   make   this  world  like a boot  camp for me.

God  made  me   with  refined  form of  dirt  like  any  other  human    with

God  claimed  human  to be the best creation  and equipped  with everything  I needed.

God  showed  me  three  path  1) Straight path   2) Wrong Path   3) Painful  path.

Straight path  looked  very hard.     Wrong  path looked very attractive.

Painful  path   full  of  instant gratification paved  with  sex,  drugs, money , pornography

filled   with   Instant gratification.

I took  the  painful path    till  I  hit  rock bottom,    start  giving  me pain and  become

unbearable and  look  for  other path  and  end  up choosing   the wrong path.

Path of  a  hypocrite. it  was like  a band  aid . continue  that  path  work  for  a short  time.

Then  I  start looking  at the straight path  that looked  so  hard,  does  not look   as  hard,

compared  to  the  hardness   I  was  going  through.

I start  seeing  God’s  help   and  God

I  know  the  functional capacity  of  my  mind  &  body  and  be  tested  to be sure

I know  I  can get   my  body   can be  scaned .

Can I  know  the  functional capacity of  my  soul   or   soul  can be scaned?

Without  a healthy  soul  my  body  is  just  a   toxic  waste  of  sins.

THE DIAGNOSTIC  ENDING.

PS: Healthy  soul  resides  in  a  sin free  body, and  get  sick  or  die  in a  toxic    sinful body,

the body  without  soul  is   beast  in  human   body.

Where  I  sit  and  view  the  world,    It help  me   constantly  change my  world .

I become physician because I wanted  to help people, only  to realize, that I can not help no one ,

but learn  from  everyone.

Some one once said ” if  doctor  listen to the patient, patient will tell  what is  wrong  with the patient,

If doctor listen more carefully, Patient will tell  what  the  doctor  should  do about  it, and  if  doctor

listen more carefully Patient will tell the doctor, what is wrong with the  doctor.

I  find  is  true.

That remind  of  Jesus saying ” Physicians  thy heal themselves”

Patients  are  just  mirrors  showing  me  my sick self,  and helped   me grow personally.

I am  grateful  to  each one  helping  me  who I  am  and I love that.

Healing  tips  are  basically what I learned  from others and like  to share  with others, hoping  to

have their input, so I  keep learning  from others.

The  letters  I  received  from  others   are lot more powerful  than the book I  wrote.

This  book  is  just  a talk   but the letters    from others  are  the walk, and walk is

much louder than the talk.

I thank  to my  Creator, and  to the

creation  to help me all along, especially  my  parents, my siblings

my wife, my children,   co workers , family, friends, my patient, and all humans in general.

Everything  and  everyone  is  created    by  the  CREATOR   with perfect  wisdom, all  equal   and  serving their  purpose.

Angels,  devil, humans    all  created  by  the CREATOR,  all  equal   like  the  teeth  of  a  comb.

Angels   do  not have  a  free  will   and  perform  their  duties  and  always  get  a  A   for their performance.

Lucifer   was  the only  one  with free   will,  he   or  she  did  so  well  that  he  earned  A+.

and  was  appointed    as  the chief  of  angels.

Having  a  strong  will  and  week  conscious  Lucifer  considered  him  or  her  better  than  others.

That  made  his  or  her  soul  sick.

When  God  tested   Lucifer   by ordering  to bow  down to  human,  he  refused  and  earned  a  D

had  a  dead  soul.     LIVE     spelled  backward    become EVIL   with    have a  D   become DEVIL.

One  sin  Lucifer  chief  of  angel into  DEVIL  still   equal  to  angels  and  human.

Instead  of  repenting   and  become  chief  of  angels     Devil  decided    to  turn  every  human   into devil.

Devil  lied  to  Adam  and  Eve  and  tricked  them  and  they end  up  committing     sin.

They  repented   and  were  forgiven   and  they  are  back  in  heaven  living  a  better life  than  angels.

Each  human    has  a free  will,   follow   God  or  follow   devil and  become   devil.

Devil  is  sick  and want  everyone  to become sick.  anti LIVE  Pro EVIL.

Each  human   has  a choice   to become  better  than angels  or  become  a devil

PS: Angels, Devil, Humans  are  all equal,  if  I look  up  to devil  I  broke  the first commandment,

if  I  look  down  to devil  or  any one  I  will become  a devil,   If  I  look  up  to  anyone  except  GOD

I  broke  the first  commandment,   learn  from  everyone, judge  no one

and  you  will live  heavenly life.

Addendum:  I   have  lost  many battles,  and  devil  had  won  many battles, but I  stay connected  with GOD  and

have   pure  FAITH, I will   win  the  final  war  and  will be victorious.

NOTE      FAITH   always  unite,  devil  use  religion  to divide.  Have  a  strong  FAITH  before  choosing   any religion.

and  you  will  meet  GOD

With healthy  faith    I  will have  a  healthy   soul   and I   will   LIVE   a   happy   healthy  life.

Without    faith  or   defective  faith   I will have  dead or sick  soul  and I will be LIVE  spell  backward

EVIL  and  earn  a D  and be a    DEVIL, and best I  will be  comfortably unhappy.

This  is  a letter  I received   from  my  co  worker, and  I am honored  to  share with

others.

How   the pain changes  you  is your choice!

You can come out bitter or you can come out better.

You can come  out with a chip  on your shoulder, and blame GOD.

Or you can  come out stronger  with  a greater confidence in GOD!

The pain is not there  to stop you;  it is there to  prepare  you  for  a

greater work, GOD   want you to do  in your  life.

Do not  put  a  question mark ?   where  GOD  put  a full  stop .

THE  BEST ENDING.

PS    Pain,  difficulties,  difficult people   are   red  light   from GOD  to remind  me

to  that I   can serve  a better  purpose, and  when  I learn that, pain will turn into joy.

I always  end  up  learning   so much  from my patients.

One  of  my   patient  asked  me ” Doctor   do you worship GOD or  worship religion?

why  you need  a religion?  religions are many, and  every one  is trying  to sell

their brand, and  end  up  creating   more trouble  than solving  problem?

I said ” Religions are  just tools   not GOD,  and  every  can use  any tool  to discover GOD,

any one  can pick up the tool  of their choice  and  make custom made their tool.”

If  I  am a have peace with myself  and  always a peacemaker, tells me  that I have pick  up good tools.

if I do not peace with myself , with   GOD ,  and  with  GOD’s  creation, I am not worshiping  GOD.

If  I  worship  GOD  I will  be  a  spiritual being.

If  I  worship  religion,  I will be  a religious  person,

If  I   worship  myself  I will  be  human being.

Everyone has  that choice.

PS:   Spirtual  being  see the  world  with  heart  and  keep discovery personal

faults, keep discovering  others strengths  and  keep learning from everyone and

judge no one  except him or herself ,

Attendum:    religious beings feel  sorry for others  as  less fortunate  and  very generous and

pray for others to  practice their faith and live    comfortable  unhappy life.

I  learned  true  forgiveness from my patient.

I saw  this  young lady  first time   25 years  ago   in psyche ward.

She shared her story  with  me, and it was mind boggling.

She grew  up  on a farm, father farmer  with big family.

She  has   brother who was  4 years older  than her

Mom and  Dad were never home and her   old brother start molesting

her when she was 3rd grade.

He  will do oral sex  on her and make her do oral sex  and always  pay her as

a  reward for doing  a good job.

He convinced me  that nothing is wrong with it because Adam and Eve   kids  did

to each other.

I never have any sense of guilt, this went on till  age 20 when he moved out.

I become permicous  and have sex  for money.

I boy   wanted  to have sex  with me , but I refused,   he said  here is money

you  are  a prostitute  any way.

It was a shocker  and she tried  to commit suside and end up in psyche units  where

I  met her fist time to do History  and Physical.

I tried to explain   that she can not punish herself  for the  wrong doing of others.

To me she was innocent.

Couple years later  she saw  me in  my office  for several  times.

I encourged   her to go to college  and  she  did.

Last year I got a call  from her  and told  her her success  story.

She has master degree   and doing very well.

She  is married  have  3  kids  who are  doing  very well.

Her bother  was in car accident   and  neck down paralyzed and she

is the care giver.

I asked  how she was  able to  do what she  did.

She replied ”  I  realy owe  my success  to my  brother,  He  put me through  hell,

I had  a choice   to stay in hell or  use  the  raw material   I received  and built my own heaven.

Anger  and resentment    were  like  I  was  drinking  the poison   to cure myself   for   the

ailment  that was not mine.

I tried  to kill myself  and  was unsuccessful,  so I  did  not have  a choice  except   to move on.

Now  I look  at my brother   lying helpless and  tears  rolling  in his eyes.

He is  in hell  and   he  is  reflecting   repenting   and  trying to discover his heaven.

He was  in hell  he stoned me, I am in heaven  I can only  give   him  flowers,

because that is all I have to give.

He  shared  his  story  how  he was  molested  and  raped and that break

my heart I though  my story  was  bad, not  even  close  what he went through.

He admitted  instead  of being a shephard, I was  a wolf. but I never saw  any thing

wrong, but now  I see

THE HEAVENLY ENDING.

PS: If I  do not know  hell, I do not know heaven. I discover paradise

when I start  going  to prison.

ATTENDUM: If Chief  of  angels  can become a devil,  a devil can  also become  chief of angle.

it is not what you are  it  is what you want.

It is never  too  late  to break  the cycle.

EVERYONE  HAS   A CHOICE.
