LETTER TO THE AUTHOR:
Dr Shaikh,
You are my friend as well as my physician. The book “Healing Tips” is a plethora of information. Many talks we’ve shared over the years have brought to light and many pieces of advice for both of us. As Ben Franklin once said, “Something well done is better than well said”
You know a spiritual problem can’t be fixed by a physical (worldly) solution. The man with all the worldly goods and no spirituality is still bankrupt!
The Body, Mind and Spirit needs to be “fed” equally. Thus starving one will surely sicken ALL! With that my Doctor, friend and mentor, I close.

LETTER TO THE AUTHOR:
Dr Shaikh,
You’re book Healing Tips has been extremely helpful and insightful to me. It’s a great guide for difficult times for people everywhere. Certainly it has helped me a lot with my circumstances. Many points taught me that foremost we are all important, be grateful, find purpose through suffering, take care of the moment, judge yourself first, we control our reaction to circumstances. Survive by excercising your mind, body and spirit, your state of mind controls what you see, develop immunity to offences, condemnation and put downs. Don’t judge successes by outcome, learn from others, and worship God through service, hard work and love. Think positive thoughts, stay strong and focus on the goal.
You provide inspiration and guidance to so many of us. When so much turns against us, God sends you full light and wisdom.
Challenge after challenge has visitedus. Your words come through the clouds. You provide faith, hope and love. It comes on a plate of humility. Your words turn trash into beauty. You gave a reason to go on, the way to do it, and the genuineness to help everybody listen. Your words are remembered; your life is admired.
Thanks!

LETTER TO THE AUTHOR:
Dr Shaikh,
I want to let every woman out there know that they are not alone and there is help out there for us – we just need to reach out and ask for help and talk about what is going on or what happens in your life. I have see first hand what happens to someone when they didn’t reach out for help. My best friend was one of them. She was going through so much she was abused, raped and beaten by a family member but whe would not go get help. She kept on telling me she had control of everything. She got married in 1986 and had a son in March of 1987. She owns her own hair salon. She and her husband owned there own home. She had everything she ever wanted. That is what she thought. Just like all of us. She never did drugs or drink. One day on a Saturday, she and I were meeting each other for dinner. When I got to the resturaunt and I was waiting for her we were supposed to meet at 6:00 and she never showed up. When I called her, I got no answer so I called her husband at his job and he told me to call her mother’s house because she was taking her son there before meeting me. When I called her mother, she said she hasn’t seen her and she has been calling as well. I told her I would go to her house to make sure everything is alright. When I got there the door was hanging half open. I opened the screen door and yelled for her. I got no answer, all I heard was her son screaming and crying. I went in and picked him up and walked back the hall yelling her name. So I got to her beadroom door and I could not open it – something was blocking it, so I went through her bathroom to enter the bedroom. When I got there I saw her lying on the floor. When I went over to her, there was no pulse, so I started CPR and Called 911. They operator was telling me what to do . When the medics arrived they took over. They took her to the hospital but they could not bring her back. She had overdosed on heroin – which was planned because she left a note for her husband telling him she was sorry but she could not take anymore and that this was the way she could be at peace. She never did drugs in her life. She was hurting so bad and thought she could just move on with her life and everything would be alright. I begged her to go get help and she would always tell me that nobody would understand and they would just judge her. I just want to let all women out there know that there are people out there who’ve been where we are. I lost my best friend in a split second and I don’t want to see that happen to anyone else. So speak up and be heard. We can do this together.

LETTER TO THE AUTHOR:
Dr Shaikh,
I want to say thank you for not only being my doctor but for also being a wonderful, amazing, kind, caring, concerned and gracious human being. You have a big heart. I want to thank you for taking time when I come to see you to talk with me. Everytime you give me more hope and determination and you inspire me to keep pushing forward. You are my angel from God. Everyday I wake up I thank God for waking me up and I thank God for you. Then I go and look in the morror and tell myself everyday that I am beautiful, strong, and I will never let anyone or anything bring me down or hurt me ever again.
I want to let everyone woman out there know that they are not alone. I am one of a million women that been where you are or were. I have been raped by my own father from the time I was 9 until age 14 and got pregnant by my father when I was 13, had an abortion. I was beat with a baseball bat by an ex-boyfriend and he also molested my daughter. I have been throwen down, stepped on, punched, kicked and called all kinds of names and cheated on. I started drinking to cover up the shame, hurt, pain and guilt. The drinking got worse and I would drink a fifth a day everyday and started neglecting my daughter and did not care about anything.
I’m now married to a wonderful man that loves and supports me 100 percent. I do have my days but I get up and dust myself off and keep pushing forward and tell myself no, not today. I will not let them control me. I won’t deny that it is not hard because it is, but I am determined to keep moving forward and to talk about it. I want to inspire other women that you are worthy and beautiful and strong and you are worth it – we all are worth it.
Thank You

LETTER TO THE AUTHOR:
Dr Shaikh,
Your book, “Healing Tips” is bursting with both wisdom and beauty. So many of the quotations and advice given are beneficial in all aspects of life. Your outlook on life transcends much further than an occasional office visit when you’re sick. It reminds me that it’s not about only addressing health when there’s a problem. It illustrates how important it is to progressively embrace and optimistic way of healthful livingfor the mind, body, and soul each and every day. This book is powerful and enlightening. thank you for your beautiful insight.
You’re book taught me so much about unconditional love and forgiveness. Your ability to see the good in everyone has left a lasting impression on me. I’ ve found myself troubled by wounds from the past unable to move forward and forgive. You’re unwavering commitment to self growth and faith in people has helped me to release myself from anger and resentment in order to move forward. Through our visits and your teachings, I remember to see the good in people.
Your words illustrate the immense dedication and commitment to growing oneself. Your devotion speaks volums to me. When you say that we are our own surgeons, and we can only cast the knife upon ourselves, it reminds me of the intensity and self sacrificing we must do in order to continually grow as human beings. Nothing good comes easily. Sometimes the deeper the cut, the stronger the reward. It always seems that even after the darkest times, we can emerge stronger, better and wiser. The goal sees to be learning from the pain. The school of knowledge has taught me that every day presents an opportunity to be better. Even when it hurts.

Angels are created and programed as a robot and operated by the LORD 100%
Lucifer was created as a robot with a chip of free will.
Lucifer submitted his will to the LORD and become chief of angels.
Best Creation of that time.
Then LORD created Humans the best of the best creation , as a robot with
2 extra chips, free will chip and repent chip.
Regardless how many time commit sins , one sincere repentance will make
again best of the best.

I hear it all the time, ” I am thankful I am better off then lot of people”
When I reflected ” True I am blessed but I can not say that I am better off than anyone”
Everything is a blessing, Sickness is a blessing, so is health.
Wealth is a blessing , so is poverty.
Youth is a blessing so is old age.
If I earn a grain of faith, regardless what I am blessed with, I will live heavenly life with no fear and no grief.
THE BLESSED ENDING
PS: With out faith anyone will live in fear, and have grief regardless how powerful, rich and strong that person look outwardly.
