I  am  a  convict   and  I am a  lifer.

When  I  was  arrested I knew that  I  was  innocent.

I knew  I  had not done anything wrong   It  was  rescue  from  my past to  start a new life.

Prison was  the  only place  I   was  able  to  reflect.

I  keep  reflecting     and  keep  reading   every book  I get my hands on.

I  discovered that my past  was  boot  camp and  it  is  over.

Present  is  to  test myself if I have  learned  enough to start a new life.

In my past I  did  good things and  bad things.

I always  had a valid reason  to  do  so.

In prison  I  discovered myself.

I  was my  worst  enemy and  I  was  unaware,  live  was a living hell  but I  did  not knew any better

I  become  my  best friend and life is a honeymoon

I am aware

Everyone  is  serving   their  purpose.

I  must   love myself  and  others   and learn

from myself  and  others.

Now I  have  true peace with myself and  love  everyone.

My past  there was darkness in me ,  and  present   I  see  the  the light  with in.

This  prison  is  my  paradise.

A poor man asked Moses, I never had a decent meal all my life.

Ask GOD to give my the food once instead of giving daily.

GOD gave him all the food the same day.

That man invited every poor man in the city for a great feast
and himself eat as much as his heart desired.

Next day he started digging his grave knowing sooner or later he will die
and he does want to a burden on others for his burial.

To his surprise he discovered a treasure and live happily there after feeding poor
every day.

Moral of the story More charity more come back multiple time. Charity is the best buisness

Sufferings makes human reflect.
Suffering cause self reflection.
Self aware humans find GOD.
GOD grant them FAITH.
GOD turns their fears into PURE FAITH.
They welcome sufferings like gifts.
The more they suffer , stronger trheir FAITH become.
Those people live heavenly life.
There is no such thing as unnecessary sufferings.
If I disagree with this statement I must have a defective FAITH.
Without FAITH life is suffering.

I  can   see  with  my  eyes and  I  can  feel  with my  heart.

What I see  matches  what  I feel and  my  tongue  only  expresses

the  truth.

Then  my  heart  will see  and  my  eye   will feel.

I will  have  peace  with  myself and live in  peace  with everyone.

Some  one  shared   a  great  story and  I love  to share   with  everyone.

There  was  a  man  who  murdered  99  people  raped 100 girls molested 100 boys  and  did  all   kind of  bad things all  his  life.

One  day  he start  feeling  sorry  for   all  his  sins  and  wanted  to repent.

He  went  to  one  Saint  who  had  never committed  any  sin.

He  asked  him    If  I repent  do  you  think  GOD  will  forgive me.

He listened  to  his list  of  sins and  crimes  and said   I  do not  think  so.

Man  got  angry  and  killed  him  too.

Now  he  was  more sorry   and  went  to a righteous  man  and asked   the same  question.

Righteous man  replied    GOD’s mercy  is lot  more  than  your  sins  but   it  should  be  a  true  repentance.

Fist  leave  this  town and  go  to  another  city    and  join  people  who are  in  state  of  repentance  24/7.

That  man  left    for  that  town   on  his  way  he  died.

Angel  of  hell   want to take  him  to  hell, and  angel of  heaven  wanted  to take  him  to  heaven.

They decided  if  he is  closer  to  city  where  he way  going   compared  to the  city  he  was  he  left he  must  go

to heaven.otherwise will go to hell.
God changed the geophrahy of earth so he will be closer to the city he was going to.

Angels find him  closer  to  the city  he  was  going  to    and  end  up  in  heaven.

Saint   was  like  Lucifer   become  judgmental and  Sinner man  like  Adam    repented  and    was  forgiven.

When that man reached heaven all his victoms wellcomed him thanking him due to his pure repentance GOD forgave them
because they were victoms of that man.

No  one  do    more  sins  than  the  mercy  of  GOD.  Any  one look  down  to  anyone   and  not  repent  can not  have  enough  good  deeds  to  go  to heaven.
LESSON OF STORY TRUE REPENTANCE TURN ALL BAD DEED INTO GOOD DEED.

When I  feel  my patient’s  pain ,   It remind  me  of  my  pain  I  was  unaware off.

I  feel  empathy and  learn  how  he  is  dealing with  his  pain  and  help  my  grow and

become  healthier.

PS  MY PATIENTS ARE MY  HEROS

Human  being  are  granted  free  will .

Some  has  week  will   some  has   strong  will.

Hitler, had  a  strong  will  of  his own.

He saw  light in  him  and  darkness in  others and  become a  leader.

Mother  Teresa  gave  her  will     GOD.

GOD’s  will  was  her  will.

GOD   showed   her light  in  others  and  her own darkness and  live

righteous life.

We all  have a  choice.

Self Love    is   lovely  Victory  Every time.

Self Hate    is  Hungry beast in  me  and ATE  me alive  and  I become my  own captive

and   live   become  living hell.

Choice is  mine

** Have  Self love and  live  heavenly life

***  or has self hate  and   life will be a  living hell

We live in a  perfect  world.

GOD is perfect and  made a perfect  world.
