One inmate told me that GOD  is the best Psychiatrist available 24/7 ,I follow his suggestions , and prison is a paradise for me.

My life lesson, I can only serve myself with the help of the LORD.

Only then I can learn  from everyone, try to serve, others and continue to serve myself.

I was surprised to hear that knowing her medical history.

she explained  I pray in secret , I also pray to Lord please reward me in secret, and I help others in secret.

I have peace ,  true my health is not good  it make me humble, I feel pain of others ,my bad health is a gift of my Lord , and I help myself in secret. I listened to you and do the healthy things with the best of my ability. I am sharing my secret  I pray for you in secret beside paying your bills on time.
